Cacao husk tea is made from the nutritionally valuable skins of the cacao bean. They are naturally rich in antioxidants, flavonoids and a natural compound called theobromine, which decreases blood pressure, improves brain function, and supports healthy digestion, circulation and respiration, as well as providing a gentle energy boost while relaxing the body,
Made from the fibrous outer shells of cacao beans, these husks, winnowed from roasted cacao beans, create a tisane reminiscent of rich, dark chocolate.
Cacao is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals, including B vitamins, vitamin A, iron, calcium, copper magnesium, potassium and zinc.
