Return and Refund Policy: We stand behind all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may request to return it for an exchange. To request a return, please contact us within 21 days of the placement of your original order.
Damaged/Incorrect Products: We will gladly replace any product that arrives damaged or is incorrect. If you do not contact us within the allotted time (21 days from original purchase), you will be responsible for paying for the damaged or incorrect item. If at the time of requesting a replacement the item is out of stock or no longer available, you can either exchange the product for another or get a refund.
Refunds and Exchanges: Customers may apply the cost of any approved return to an exchange. Only items that were missing from an order, damaged in shipping or incorrect are eligible for a cash refund.

Please include a copy of the Return Authorization emailed to you. Please indicate what you would like for an exchange and allow 3 business days for the item to be shipped.
Domestic Delivery Policy: Most domestic orders placed on business days are shipped within one week.
Carriers: We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
- Belize Postal Service (International shipments)
- BPMS or Speedit for domestic courier service
- TropicAir (within Belize)
Shipping Rates: BodyBelize charges a flat rate of $10usd on all international shipping of small packages via the post office to anywhere in the world. Medium and large size packages are charged by weight, so this will vary. You may contact us regarding the shipping fee prior to placing your order.
Orders shipped to the continental USA and Canada usually arrive within 10 business days. Packages shipped elsewhere may take as much as two weeks or more, depending on your location.
Domestic orders will be shipped via Tropicair or, BPMS or Speedit, depending on your preference, within 3 days. We will contact you regarding your shipping preference once you have placed your order.
Order Tracking: Unfortunately the Belize Postal Service does not offer a tracking service for packages. This may change in the future, at which time we will be sure to pass on this service to our customers.
Once a package is picked up by the corresponding carrier service, BodyBelize releases responsibility for the shipment. Please ensure that the location that your order is being shipped to is safe and secure. BodyBelize is not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen, once they have been successfully delivered by the carrier.
Expedited Shipping: Unfortunately we cannot offer expedited shipping options at this time.
Backorders: We only allow backorders in special cases and with certain items. If an item is ordered and is somehow unable to be fulfilled, it is generally removed from the order before you are charged. In the event of a circumstance that requires a backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Dropshipping: BodyBelize does not provide drop shipment for our wholesale or retail customers. If you would like to place an order for yourself, and another to be shipped to any other address, you must place these as two separate orders.
Wholesale orders: There is a half case (12 units) minimum for wholesale orders. Please contact us for the current wholesale price list.
International Orders: We do ship internationally, and the pricing and time depends on the country and the quantity of items you are purchasing. We ship via the Belize Post Office.
Attention international customers: We are legally unable to declare your shipment as a gift or lower the value on customs forms. Thank you for not requesting this.
Eco-Friendly Shipping: We pack our orders with the minimal amount of packaging required to safely transport your orders. As much as possible we recycle packing peanuts, boxes and other materials made from bio-degradable and recycled materials.
Holidays: Customer service and order fulfillment are closed to observe the following holidays: January 1 – New Year's Day, March 9 – Baron Bliss Day, Holy Thursday – Good Friday – Holy Saturday – Easter Sunday – Easter Monday, May 1 – Labour Day, May 24 – Commonwealth Day, September 10 – St. George’s Caye Day, September 21 – Independence Day, October 12 – Columbus Day, November 19 – Garifuna Settlement Day, December 25 – Christmas Day, December 26 – Boxing Day.
